Our Bespoke Plan allow you to relax with the peace of mind, knowing that should the worst happen you’re covered by one of our top valued priority call outs, giving you access to our Gas Safe registered engineers 7 days a week.

Does This Include a boiler service?

Yes, it is important to have your boiler serviced once a year to ensure it is working safely and efficiently. This will not only save you money in the long term, but protect you and your family from any potentially dangerous issues, such as the leaking of poisonous carbon monoxide gas.

All of our boiler plans include priority call outs and a comprehensive annual service, normally carried out during the summer months so your boiler is in tip-top condition prior to the arrival of colder winter weather, when you rely on it the most.

Not covered: Pre-existing faults or faults within the first thirty days – Underfloor heating including components specifically designed for underfloor heating – Special cylinders (unvented/thermal stores) – Pipework or components not associated with your heating system – Electrical elements in radiators – Pipes in solid floor or that are unaccessible – Smart control products – special or designer radiators – Any pre-existing system filters – Boiler replacement – Damage caused by sludge or scale – Third party damage – Damage caused by weather or freezing.

If the contract is cancelled within the 12 months then you will be invoiced for any parts or labour which you have incurred during your contract period at the cancellation date
